The Carolina Skiff hull is constructed with 100% composite materials with a high density fiberglass transom core. Their patented Box Beam Construction forms each fiberglass stringer as they fiberglass the the pre-cast foam logs into the hull one by one. This process allows for an unsinkable wood free hull.

The J-Series was designed for the economy minded fisherman with bare hull prices too LOW to publish!! With lower gunnels and less beam, J-Series boats are much lighter than the wider and heavier DLX models. Carolina Skiff also builds a Semi-V hull that delivers outstanding turning performance and agility.
